Summer from Summer's Nook has tagged me with a meme to tell you all six quirky things about me:
1) I love egg noodles, but I only eat them slathered in ketchup. Not exactly gourmet, I know, but sooooo good.
2) When I was younger, I pronounced the word "MINE" with two syllables: MY-IN. My Mom says it that way sometimes, too.
3) I literally cannot go to sleep if the blankets on my bed are messed up--they have to be straight and the sheet has to be folded up and over the top blanket.
4) I am obsessive about chapstick and hand lotion--I hate when my skin is dry, to the point where I have chapsticks in almost every room in the house and in the car, too.
5) Although I have never had a dog myself, I love watching dog shows on television. In fact I am watching the Westminister Dog Show right now. Based on my extensive research (i.e. watching dog shows occasionally), I have determined that if we ever do get a dog, the ideal breed for us will be the Chesapeake Bay Retriever.
6) I am anal-retentive to a scary degree about how my clothes are folded. Conrad is not allowed to fold my clothes. He has, however, gone into my closet and messed up my neat stacks of folded jeans to see how long it would be before I felt the "disturbance in the force" (his words) and went and fixed them.
I am only going to tag two bloggers for this, but if you feel like joining in, go for it.
So Feener and Stimey, you're tagged!

I will do this tomorrow or late tonight. i think we have some things in common !!
Your quirks are extremely similar to my husband's. He always has to fix the bed before he lies down.
I must fix the bed every night too or I just can't get to sleep!
Excellent. I have some ideas for this.
I share your addiction to lip balm, but mine is now to Rosebud Salve, having gotten off Blistex and Carmex a few years ago.
Dare I say you might have a problem and should check out this page...

I always have to have the sheets and blankets neat too!
